It also describes the choices available to you regarding our collection and use of that information.

Any additional, separate privacy notices we provide to you are also considered part of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by a third party, even if that third party is helping us fulfill your event.

1. Our Commitment to Privacy

  • Access to your information is limited to our team and the vendors who need it to help fulfill your booking, such as our payment processor.

  • Directly from you: When you request a quote, submit a booking form, or sign a booking agreement, we collect identifiers such as your name, email, address, and phone number, along with any dietary or allergen information you provide for your event.

  • From your payments: If you pay by card or Venmo, our payment processor collects and processes your payment information; we retain a record of the transaction but not full card numbers.

  • Automatically from our website: When you visit our website, we automatically collect technical data such as your IP address and browsing activity through analytics cookies, to help us understand and improve our Services.

We use this information to plan and deliver your event, process payments, respond to your questions, and improve our Services. The Good Sister Coffee Company is based in, and provides catering and event services within, the greater San Diego, California area. Our Services are intended for residents of the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, you understand that your Personal Information will be transferred to and maintained in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those of your home jurisdiction.

  • Updating your information: Contact us any time to review, correct, or request deletion of the personal information you've provided.

  • Emails: If you provide us with your email address, we may send you booking-related and support emails, or, if you opt in, occasional marketing emails. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time, but not transactional emails related to a booking in progress.

  • Texting consent: If you provide us with your mobile number, you consent to receiving text messages from us about your event. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Do Not Track requests: Our systems do not currently respond to browser “do-not-track” signals. If this changes, we will update this Privacy Policy.
